Slip Lease Bays
A slip lease starts with the map. Each bay on our pier edge carries a measured length, a depth reading taken at the low water mark and a note on the power post, the walkway and the nearby cleats. The desk reads those figures against your hull before it names a bay, because a berth that fits on paper can still be wrong at the dock. Long pulpits, wide beams and deep keels all change the answer.
The lease quote names the bay by letter, the season, the rate and the conditions that would move a hull to another berth. If a requested bay is already held, the slip map shows it as reserved and the desk offers the nearest bay that truly fits rather than a substitute that crowds the walkway. Leases are renewed against the same file, so the second season begins with the record of the first.
